Having stayed home today, not having Ebola, I read the March 27 edition of The New Yorker and was blown away by a Calvin Trillin article.
Alice, off the Page is a memoir regarding Trillin's wife who passed away in 2001. If you have a spouse or family - or if you plan on having a spouse or family - I recommend reading this article, if you can find it. As of yet, The New Yorker hasn't posted it online, but I'll keep an eye out for it and will update my blog when and if it gets posted.
