I use StatCounter.com to track my blog hits and sometimes the data is interesting or entertaining. For example, on the interesting side, someone from The Isle of Man in the United Kingdom found my site by Googling John Coltrane Alabama, using IE6 on a Windows XP machine. Pretty neat.
